⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely brilliant gym — hands down one of the best we’ve ever used. Huge thanks to Phil for welcoming me, my brother Kris, and Ethan to train there all week. The facilities are top-tier, with cutting-edge tech like the ICAROS VR and reactive boxing machines — a proper game-changer for anyone into fitness or recovery. A special mention to Phil’s son (also named Phil), a professional sprinter, who went above and beyond setting everything up for us. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and genuinely great company — a credit to the place. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in Lincolnshire. Excellent medical and fitness training facility. Amazing virtual reality icaros super cool room training room. World class indoor athletics training area. Overspeed training equipment, for all biomechanics contact forces and speed graphs. Exceptional premium weights machines and lifting areas. Grest sauna and Recovery treatment areas. Phil has been absolutely brilliant in helping my son recover from a fractured ankle, which he broke during a football match.  Thomas has gone from being devastated that he couldn’t walk, to believing that he can now come back stronger than before. As well as all the recovery work in the gym and on the state of the art machines, Thomas is learning so much from Phil about stretching and how looking after his body and training will power and improve his sports performance on the football pitch. What a hidden gem! After being recommended Heaton Health and Sports by a family member, I stopped by today to take a tour of the gym and facilities. This place has some seriously futuristic equipment! Phil and the team are incredibly knowledgeable and I felt confident that they can provide a personal training plan to suit my abilities and needs. Phil’s orthopaedic surgery background has clearly had a big influence on this ‘gym’, which really makes you rethink your workout.
